What is SECTOR?
SECTOR is a shorthand for “Source-selective and Emission-adjusted GHG CalculaTOR for Cropland”
An Excel based semi-automated scalable GHG emissions calculator that can accommodate varying dimensions of data according to seasons, mitigation scenarios, and the concept of 'patches' that represent specific regions of country level datasets.
Excel is used as a platform to contain all the formulas concerning Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Majority of the content within the Excel file are macros designed to generate all necessary calculations and graphs based on user input.
