GSL Templates and Printouts  

Printouts of forms used in genotyping requests can now be automatically downloaded from B4R. Each form will auto generate the sample lists of the customer to avoid manual copy-paste of list in the forms.

  • Users/GSL members can download the following format:
    • GSL form - specifically used by GSL lab for OCS requests.
    • Intertek
    • Miseq
    • Infinium
    • All meta files
  • Additional sample information are now being generated:
    • Sample name
    • Plate Name
    • Plate Barcode
    • Sample Barcode
  • Genotyping platform is now added as a genotypic study metadata. This is similar to the product code in OCS.
  • A new API resource for retrieving the platforms is also implemented.
