Service data report V1

Service data report V1 14 Sep 2018 

Generation of service data reports is now consolidated in one entry point. Service data report tool is now migrated in Yii2 framework. Users can now view the data report in data viewer first instead of downloading the report in order to view that data.

To access the tool:

• Select "Service data report" in Tools widget

• or Click "Reports" in Service requests browser.

• Select Service provider and data report. Service provider is optional. 
• Filter studies and click "Apply". Studies list option will be updated based from applied filters.
• You may select all or select specific studies.

• Click "Next".
• Data viewer for the selected report and studies will be displayed.
• Data reports are:

  • ZES Activity Date

  • ZES Inbound

  • ZES Transit

  • ZES Data Collection

  • ZES Threshing Volume Projection

  • Generic Service (task)

  • Generic Service (process path/study)

  • RGA Advancement Status

• Name of the service, service provider and no. of studies are displayed
• You may click on the number of studies to view studies.
• You may also view information of a study by clicking on the eye icon in the studies list.
• Click “Spreadsheet” to generate file in spreadsheet.

• You may create new file or overwrite existing. To create new file, specify the name then click "Generate".

• Click 'X' in the list of existing files if you wish to remove them in the list.
