Users are now able to export or print field tags in PDF format directly from B4R. 

Summary

  • user can open the new tool form the dashboard
  • user can select the study
  • user can download the pdf file for field tags

Printing tool

This is the first version of the tool that enables the user to download printout templates of a study(location rep). 

  • Entry point: In "Tools" widget in dashboard, select "Printouts".
  • User selects their study or study requested to their program
  • The maximum page size that can be exported is 1,000.
    • If no. of plots is greater than the maximum page size, user specifies start and end page to be exported
    • If no. of plots is lesser than the maximum page size, field tags can directly be exported


Field tags specifications

  • Page size: 4.75 in x 2 in
  • Margin: 0.2 in 0.3 in 0 in 0.3 in
  • Max field lengths:
    • plot code: 35
    • study: 80
    • entry code: 22
    • location: 27
